Acceptance:
Availability changes hourly. It is recommended If the quote is acceptable please move to PAY to avoid disappointment.

Transfer Booking Request:
All travel is to be recorded on an online booking request.

Changes in Itinerary:
Variations in route or unscheduled stops - $25. Route changes thereafter $25/10km.

Payment:
All travel is confirmed by your online pre-payment (please screenshot your Tax Invoice if required). Thank you.

Changes to bookings:
24 hours notice is required for changes in bookings. Whilst we will make every effort to accommodate last minute changes, other bookings may not always permit this.

Cancellation policy:
48 hours notice of cancellation is required for a refund less a 25% booking fee.
24 hours notice of cancellation is required for a refund less a 50% booking fee.
12 hours notice of cancellation is required for a refund less a 75% booking fee.
Thereafter the transfer can be re-scheduled. (Note : $30 rebook fee applies, given availability)

Pick up times:
We ask that you be ready 10 minutes earlier than your nominated pickup time. Please have your mobile phone switched on and handy should we need to contact you on our way.

Departures:
We recommend being at the airport 1 hour prior to Domestic departures, and 3 hours for International departures.

Delays:
Brisbane Express Transfers is not responsible for delays beyond our control. In the event of an unforseen circumstance, we will do our utmost to make the best possible arrangements to minimize inconvenience to our passengers.

Luggage:
Please limit luggage to airline standards. Please let us know if you have extra, or oversized items like surfboards, bikes etc.

Child restraints: (no charge)
