Acceptance:
Availability changes hourly. It is recommended If the quote is acceptable please move to PAY to avoid disappointment.

Transfer Booking Request:
All travel is to be recorded on an online booking request.

Payment:
Following payment you will receive a booking reference number & Tax Receipt immediately to your email inbox.

Changes to bookings:
Whilst we will make every effort to accommodate last minute changes, other bookings may not always permit this. Variations in route or unscheduled stops - $25. Route changes thereafter $25/10km. Please pay the driver at the time of request.

Cancellation policy:
Up to 48 hours notice of cancellation is required for a refund less a 10% booking fee.
24 hours notice of cancellation is required for a refund less a 50% booking fee.
12 hours notice of cancellation is required for a refund less a 75% booking fee.
Thereafter the transfer can be re-scheduled. (Note : A $50 rebook fee applies, given availability)

Pick up times:
We ask that you be ready 10 minutes earlier than your nominated pickup time. Please have your mobile phone switched on and handy should we need to contact you on our way.

Night Travel Surcharge:
A night travel surcharge will apply for pickup between 10pm and 5am. The quote you receive from our wesbite already includes this surcharge if applicable.

Departures:
We recommend being at the airport 1 hour prior to Domestic departures, and 3 hours for International departures.

Delays:
Brisbane Express Transfers is not responsible for delays beyond our control. In the event of an unforseen circumstance, we will do our utmost to make the best possible arrangements to minimize inconvenience to our passengers.

Luggage:
Please limit luggage size to airline standards.
Enter EXTRA LUGGAGE if your luggage exceeds 1x20kg case & 1 carry-on per passenger.

Child restraints:
Please enter your requirements on your booking request.
